You find yourself with a couple questions but do you really want to take the time out of your day to make a phone call and ask them? Or write an e-mail? After you worked all day and just got off the phone with party rentals, and florists? Probably not. No worries, we are here to help.

1: " Am I required to have a wedding planner?"
Yes, we do recommend that you have a wedding planner as we don't provide any "Day Of" coordination. There will of course be a winery representative on site to help assist with any questions you may have. We like to see the happy couple take advantage of wedding planning services so that your day runs smoothly and you can relax and enjoy the event.
2: "How do we reserve our date with you?"
To reserve your date at Island Grove Winery, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. This security deposit is fully refundable after the event as long as there aren’t any significant damages. Once your date is reserved, a contract will be generated and sent your way. The first half of the venue rental is due two weeks from receiving the contract, and the final half is due two weeks before the event.
3: "What's the backup plan if the weather is bad?"
Not to fret. We have 5 interior rooms perfect for event hosting that can be used in case of bad weather, and two of our three outdoor patios have covering that can protect you from the rain if you choose to keep your event outside. Not to mention, inside is where all the wine and beer can be found.
4: "Do you allow outside Catering?"
Island Grove Winery is 100% capable of providing you with excellent catering. We even create custom menus to help bring your dream wedding to life! Though we understand wanting to use outside catering, we do ask that you stick to our preferred catering list.
5: "What is your vendor policy?"
You are of course welcome to use your own wedding professionals, though we do highly recommend using our "Preferred Vendors" list. In order for any vendor to work an event with us at the Island Grove Winery Formosa Gardens location the vendor must have a valid business license and insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability coverages.
